Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers clean and good-sized rooms at a reasonable price, although accessing one of their office rooms proved challenging. The service provided by the courteous and helpful staff, especially Mr Edward, was exceptional, offering guidance, tour arrangements, and even complimentary services. The location is excellent for those seeking the authentic old Dubai experience, with nearby local conveniences, though some noise disturbance from a nearby pub may be a concern. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of dishes, including vegetarian options, and Indian cuisine.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of natural light, but there was a disturbing discovery of leftover underwear in my room. The hidden city fee upon check-out was an unexpected additional cost that affected the overall value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was nice and spacious; however, there were some unwanted surprises left behind by previous guests. The noisy balcony AC fan was a bit of a bother, and the unexpected city fee at checkout was a downside. The location was convenient for exploring Dubai, close to transportation points and shopping areas, but the dining experience was not the best.
I found my stay overall pleasant at this hotel. The rooms offered balconies, which is not common in Dubai, but I stumbled upon some pink underwear left behind by a previous guest, which was quite off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. The location is convenient for exploring the city, but there were some unexpected additional charges during check-out. The dining experience was good with varied options, though service could be quicker at times.
The hotel is in a great location, near the metro station and lots of nice Indian restaurants, making it perfect for someone looking for the classical flavors of Dubai. The rooms were nice, although the balcony had a noisy huge fan. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to help, like Mr Edward who went above and beyond to assist us. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of items served daily, yet some more options in the buffet would be great. The hotel facilities were good.
I just had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are really good, quite big, and had plenty of natural light, plus a nice view from the 7th floor. The service was fully equipped with my favorite social networking sites, helpful, and friendly. The location is perfect if you're looking for the old classical flavors of Dubai, close to shopping malls, the Creek, and more. Dining was excellent with a variety of dishes every day, and the staff was incredibly courteous. The facilities were top-notch too!
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but lacking some essentials like an electric kettle. On the bright side, there was a chai shop nearby for hot chai. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, providing easy access to various attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food but room for improvement in variety and speed of service.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and adequate, offering a little view of the Creek. However, they could have been more comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and friendly, even during Christmas time. The location was great, right in the middle of the city with easy access to shopping areas, Indian restaurants, and various forms of transportation. The dining experience was mixed, with a simple but good selection and exceptionally courteous staff. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but I stumbled upon some unexpected items left behind during my stay. The noise levels from nearby areas were a bit bothersome, and the balcony had a noisy AC fan. Despite this, the service provided by the staff, especially Mr Edward, was top-notch. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, although it felt slightly awkward to navigate. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of dishes served daily. However, the pricing structure could be clearer to avoid surprises at check-out.
